Why Our Sealers Perform Better

Built for Canadian Winters

Our sealers are formulated to withstand salt, slush, freeze–thaw cycles & harsh weather.

Deep Penetration Technology

No Film Forming - Means NO peeling, flaking, and slipperiness — even in high-traffic areas.

Safe for Natural Stone

Won’t degrade marble, travertine, slate, or limestone like harsh chemicals can. All our sealers are fully breathable and next generation technology, meaning they will not cause spall damage or trap moisture inside your stone or concrete.

How to Apply a Sealer (Simple 3-Step Process)

1. Clean the Surface

Use a compatible cleaner (stone-safe, tile-safe, or concrete cleaner).

2. Let the Surface Dry Completely

Moisture prevents penetration — fans or dehumidifiers help.

3. Apply Thin, Even Coats

Allow penetration, wipe excess, and let cure based on the label.

Contractors can use pump sprayers, microfibre applicators or professional sealing tools.

Frequently asked questions

What surfaces can these sealers be used on?

Natural stone, porcelain, ceramic, grout, slate, travertine, limestone, marble, pavers, stamped concrete, exposed aggregate, basement slabs, garage floors, exterior concrete & more.

What’s the difference between water-based and solvent-based sealers?

Water-based sealers are low-odor, indoor-safe and environmentally friendly.

Solvent-based sealers provide deeper penetration and are ideal for exterior or high-exposure surfaces.

The one caveat to this rule is urethane sealers like Trident Hurricane CAT 5, which despite being water based is the highest strength sealer in its class.

How often should I reseal my surface?

Most surfaces need resealing every 5-10 years depending on exposure, foot traffic, and porosity.

This number is when using our high quality sealers which have been real world tested, other big box store sealers often need full removal and replacement every 1-2 years.

Can I use these sealers indoors?

Yes. Many of our formulas are specifically designed to be low-odor and indoor-safe when used as directed.

Do you offer contractor or distributor discounts?

Yes — we provide bulk pricing, pallet pricing & wholesale programs for professionals.
