needed to strip some painted patio furniture to restore them, didn't want something super toxic, came across propeel and was very happily surprised with how easy it was to use and how well it worked. never even had an offensive smell or made me cough, pulled everything down to bare metal from my chairs, I'm very impressed.

no other matte finish sealer that can set paver joints on the market, enough said.
Very good sealer, used on a few clients homes and very happy with this sealer and the other trident sealers for pavers. my customers like that this one is matte and invisible, but it still leaves joints rock hard, and only needs one coat so good for sealer business. Only complaint is they're sold out half the time, so now I stock up lots at once.

What’s the difference between water-based and solvent-based sealers?
Water-based sealers are low-odor, indoor-safe and environmentally friendly.
Solvent-based sealers provide deeper penetration and are ideal for exterior or high-exposure surfaces.
The one caveat to this rule is urethane sealers like Trident Hurricane CAT 5, which despite being water based is the highest strength sealer in its class.
How often should I reseal my surface?
Most surfaces need resealing every 5-10 years depending on exposure, foot traffic, and porosity.
This number is when using our high quality sealers which have been real world tested, other big box store sealers often need full removal and replacement every 1-2 years.
Can I use these sealers indoors?
