Refunds
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

Good does not match description;
Good is the wrong size; or
Purchaser changed their mind.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

any final sale items;
any items with the seal opened; and
any items not in the state or condition they were sold in.

Refund Issuance Time:

All returns will have their order refunded within 14 days of receipt and inspection at StoneSealer Canada, so long as all requirements for return and refund have been met and the goods are found to be returned in their unopened and original condition.

Restocking Fee

Items returned to StoneSealer Canada which are accepted to be in returnable condition shall be subject to a restocking fee of no more than 15% of the items original sold value, subject solely to StoneSealer Canada's discretion.

Returns
Returns may not be made in person except where previously agreed to in writing by an authorized StoneSealer Canada representative. For all returns please contact us at the information on the bottom of this page, or, use the return by mail instructions below.

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Return item in unopened and original condition to:

5595 Grove Ave, Delta, BC, V4K 2A6 via courier mail.

All return mail costs and liability is the responsibility of the party returning the products, except where previously agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of StoneSealer Canada where a prepaid return label will be provided if necessary. Items being returned or exchanged for reasons of incorrect product delivery, or damage during transport, will be the responsibility of StoneSealer Canada.

Returns for any reason are allowed via the procedure above for 14 Calendar days after registered delivery date.

Consumer Protection Law
Where the Business Practice and Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
