How much sealer do my pavers need?
Using Traditional Acrylic: (Techniseal, Innovative MFG, Starpatch etc)
125-175 SQFT per gallon
Does not offer joint stabilization (must use a polymeric sand joint)
Using Trident Paver Restoration System: (CAT 5, Cyclone)
Non Polymeric Joints: 100 SQFT Per Gallon*
Polymeric Joints: 250-300 SQFT Per Gallon*
* - Per gallon of RTU product, with Trident CAT 5 1 kit = 20 Gallons RTU
How Much Sealer does My Concrete Need?
Using Traditional Acrylic: (Techniseal, Innovative MFG, Starpatch etc)
100-150 SQFT Per Gallon on Broomed, Stamped, and Aggregate Concrete ( Will need to be replaced every 1-2 years in Vancouver climate)
Using Trident 2 Part Urethane Sealers and Matte Sealers:
225-300 SQFT Per Gallon RTU* on Stamped and Aggregate Concrete (not recommended for broomed surfaces)
*- 1 Kit makes 20 Gallons RTU product
Using Stain-Proof or AquaBlocka Saturating / Invisible Sealers
240-350 SQFT Per Gallon on Broomed or Aggregate (not recommended for stamped surfaces)
How Much Sealer Does my Stone Need?
This is the trickiest choice of them all as natural stone has so many variations and most need different amounts depending on the density of the stone.
Using Traditional Acrylic: (Techniseal, Innovative MFG, Starpatch etc)
Not Appropriate for most natural stones, very short lifespan, can cause extra damage to the stone from freeze thaw water retention and efflorescence.
200-300 SQFT Per Gallon in cases where acrylic could be used.
Using Stain-Proof or AquaBlocka Saturating / Invisible Sealers
200-550 SQFT Per Gallon, consult the Stain-Proof Sealer Coverage Chart below for your individual type of stone.

Dense Stone Sealer in 2 Coats on Marble, Granite, Quartz + More:

Using Last Generation StoneTech "Bulletproof" Sealer:
